I understand that using the golf simulator, golf clubs, balls and associated facilities involves the ordinary risks of sporting activity and use of equipment. I accept responsibility for my own conduct and possessions and confirm that I will make all named participants aware of these conditions.

TI Golf Sim is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal possessions, or for injury or loss arising from risks inherent in participation, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in this acknowledgement excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
