How subscriptions work

• Your subscription renews monthly through Stripe.
• You can cancel from TI Clubhouse Login. A minimum of 30 days' notice is required before the renewal you want to stop. If your next renewal falls within the 30-day notice period, that payment will still be taken and the subscription will end at the following renewal date.
• Included simulator hours reset each monthly billing cycle and unused hours do not roll over.
• The £59 subscription includes 3 off-peak hours, Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm.
• The £99, £149 and £250 subscriptions can be used at any available booking time.
• One included hour is used for each 60-minute simulator booking.
• The subscribing member is included. Additional golfers are £10 per person when a subscription hour is used, up to the normal maximum of 4 golfers.
• Standard non-subscription bookings continue to charge £5 per additional golfer.
• Bookings remain subject to simulator availability and the normal booking conditions and liability acknowledgement.
